Protection of personal information
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Agence Agro handles personal information connected with the use of this website and the communications you choose to send us.
Last updated: August 31, 2026
1. Scope
This policy applies to agenceagro.com, its contact forms and electronic communications initiated through the website. The website is primarily used to present Agence Agro services and employment opportunities.
2. Information we may receive
When you use the contact form, we may receive information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, company, email address, telephone number, type of need, work location and message. The form does not accept file attachments.
The hosting server may also create standard technical logs that can include an IP address, browser type, request date and time and the requested address for security, troubleshooting and operational purposes.
3. Purposes
Information you send is used to respond to your request, communicate with you, assess a staffing or employment-related request, maintain the security and operation of the website and meet applicable legal obligations.
4. Form and email
When the form is successfully submitted, the information is transmitted through the server to generate an email to the published Agence Agro / Groupe GE contact address. The website does not create a public account or maintain a database of these form submissions. If server-side delivery is unavailable, the website may offer to open your email application or copy the request summary.
5. Cookies, analytics and external services
The public website does not currently use advertising or behavioural profiling. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; that request may provide Google with ordinary technical request information such as the IP address and browser information. The private recruitment-quantity control uses a session cookie strictly required for administrator authentication and it is not used to track public visitors.
6. Service providers
Technical service providers may process information only to the extent required to provide their services, including the website host, email providers and technical services used to display the website. Depending on the provider, some processing may occur outside Québec.
7. Retention and security
Information is retained only for the period reasonably required for the purposes for which it was received and in accordance with applicable legal requirements and internal practices. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to reduce unauthorized access, loss or inappropriate use.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable legal conditions, you may request access to or correction of your personal information and exercise other applicable rights. You may also withdraw consent where the law permits, subject to consequences associated with that withdrawal.
